Welcome to the Punjab Photographers Association. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

  • Membership is open to all professional photographers, photographic traders, employees, apprentices, and students in Punjab.
  • Membership applications must be submitted with the prescribed fee and approved by the Association's Executive Committee.
  • Membership fees are subject to annual renewal.

2. Meetings

  • Regular meetings will be held monthly, with at least one general meeting annually.
  • Notices for meetings will be sent at least 14 days in advance.
  • Members are expected to attend meetings and contribute to the discussions.

3. Voting Rights

  • Each member has one vote in meetings.
  • Proxy voting is allowed with a written authorization.

4. Executive Committee

  • The Association is managed by an Executive Committee elected by members.
  • The committee has the authority to make decisions on behalf of the Association.
  • Committee members serve for a term of three years.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Members must adhere to a professional code of conduct.
  • Any breach of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

6. Amendments

  • The rules and regulations can be amended by a two-thirds majority vote at a general meeting.

7. Termination of Membership

  • Membership may be terminated due to non-payment of fees or breach of conduct.
  • A terminated member may appeal to the Executive Committee.
